Whether you’re ready to pop the question, celebrate an anniversary, throw a birthday party you’ll never forget or mark some other special occasion, do it on horseback through Spur Cross Stables. Whatever the circumstance, we promise it will be a day to remember!

When Bryan was ready to propose to his girlfriend Erin, he knew exactly how he wanted to make it special – on horseback in the desert at sunset – and Spur Cross Stables made that happen.

We arranged a special day and time for their private sunset ride with two special horses – Diamond and Joker. We wrote “Will You Marry Me?” on a horseshoe and let Bryan know we’d be stopping at various times throughout the ride for him to pick just the right moment to pop the question. When she said yes, he handed Erin fresh, hand-picked wildflowers. After the ride we took pictures of the newly engaged couple on horseback then they headed off for a celebratory dinner at the El Encanto Cantina restaurant in Cave Creek, recommended by us for its amazing Mexican food and romantic setting.

“Thank you so much,” Bryan wrote to us after their big day. “I could not have asked for anything else. It was so perfect!! You all went well beyond what I expected. She had no idea.”
