                    SUMMERTIME RIDING AT SPUR CROSS

Join us at Spur Cross for a guided trail ride.  The ranch is open year round and offers riding 7 days a week.  During the summer months our earliest ride begins at 7:00 am and our last ride goes out at 6:00 p.m. We offer 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour and 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hour rides.  (Longer rides may not be available when temperatures exceed 100 degree.)  Fortunatally, Cave Creek is are at a higher altitude than Phoenix, resulting in a lower temperature variance of between 5-10 degrees.  Morning and evening riding is suggested from June thru September.

All of our rides take you into some beautiful desert country side without the interruption of subdivisions or golf courses.  During morning and evening rides you have more opportunity to see some wildlife but the views are spectacular morning, afternoon or evening.
